Structural and functional assessments are performed to determine a treatment plan. Myofascial release work, muscle energy techniques, Trigger Point therapy, Orthopedic Massage and a variety of other techniques may be employed to improve function, strength, range of motion and improved posture.

Jennifer Hodge RMT

Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist from Alberta and has spent over 20 years studying and practicing numerous healing modalities. Massage, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy and BodyTalk are the primary modalities she works with however she has also certified in EFT (Tapping), studied HeartMath and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Drawing from her own recovery journey and numerous healing modalities, Jennifer creates a unique, supportive therapeutic practice. Jennifer firmly believes we heal together and that we heal when we share these gifts with ourselves and others. She looks forward to sharing in your healing journey.
